With a target of 177 runs, Lucknow won by adding 180 runs for 2 wickets in 19 overs with half-centuries from captain KL Rahul and Quinton de Kock. After scoring 277 runs against Mumbai Indians on March 27, Hyderabad managed to score 287 runs against Royal Challengers Bangalore today. Before this edition, the record of 262 runs made by Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2013 stood for 10 years. But that record has been broken three times in this edition.
