Hyderabad won in the last over as match goes so exciting

                                 

Sunrisers Hyderabad registered a thrilling win over Rajasthan Royals. Hyderabad defeated Rajasthan by 1 run in the last ball match.

Chasing a target of 202 runs, Hyderabad needed 20 runs to win in the last two overs. Captain Pat Cummins conceded only 7 runs in the 19th over. 13 runs were required in the last over.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar came to bowl the last over. Ravichandran Ashwin took 1 run off his first ball. Rovman Powell took 2 runs in the second ball and he hit a boundary in the third ball. Powell took 2 runs in the fourth ball as well. Pavek managed to get 2 runs despite a run-out opportunity for Hyderabad. Needing 2 runs off the last ball, Kumar trapped Powell lbw and Hyderabad won by 1 run.


Rian Parag of Rajasthan scored 77 runs off 49 balls with 8 fours and 4 sixes. Similarly, Yashasvi Jaiswal added 67 runs in 40 balls. After both Jos Buttler and Sanju Samson were dismissed for zero, Jaiswal and Parag took over the innings. Similarly, Powell, who got out in the last ball, scored 27 runs in 15 balls.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar of Hyderabad took 3 wickets. Similarly, Pat Cummins and Natarajan took 2 wickets each.


Hyderabad, who won the toss and decided to bat first, scored 201 runs after losing 3 wickets in 20 overs. Nitish Reddy and Henrik Klaassen boosted Hyderabad's innings after a slow start. Reddy scored 76 runs off 42 balls by hitting 3 fours and 8 sixes. Klaasen scored 42 runs in 19 balls with 3 fours and 3 sixes. Travis Head scored 58 runs off 44 balls. 

Avesh Khan of Rajasthan took 2 wickets and Sandeep Sharma took 1 wicket.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar became player of the match due to his magical performanc with ball. He did so excellent in the final over. He overall took 3 wickets with giving 41 runs.

After the win, Hyderabad has climbed to the fourth position with 12 points from 10 matches. Rajasthan remains at the top position with 16 points from 10 matches.
