The game played between Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants at Sunday afternoon in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This is the fourth game of Indian Premier League(IPL) 2024.
The Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson won the toss and decided to bat first. Samson came in the field after the end of World Cup 2024. He looks very excited and quite happy to feel the temperature of crowd.
After winning toss, Rajasthan Royals score 193 with loss of only 4 wickets/ in 20 overs. The skipper of Rajasthan perform really well.
The captain of Rajasthan Royal played brilliant knock in his first game of IPL 2024. He seems very confident while batting. He score 82 runs not out in only 52 balls with the knock of 3 fours and 6 sixes. He played his brilliant knock at the strike rate of 157.69. He hit 6 huge sixes that help Rajasthan to reach 193 total runs. After scoring of 82 runs he secures the orange cap of IPL 2024 in his first game and the fourth game of IPL 2024. While the highest run can be broken by other players because this is only the fourth game of this season.
As a while, the opener Yashasvi Jaiswal score 24 runs out of 12 runs. He score 3 fours and 1 six in his inning and younger player Riyan Parag score 43 runs out of 29 balls with the help of 1 fours and 3 sixes. He also played really well in the last season of IPL that makes everyone impressive with his batting skills.
From bowling side of Lucknow Super Giants, the Afghani pacer Naveen-ul-Haq takes two wickets with giving of 41 runs while other bowler cannot perform well as expected. Where as Mohsin Khan and Ravi Bishnoi takes one-one wicket in the bowling spell.
While chasing target of 194 runs by Lucknow Super Giants, they only can make 173 runs with the loss of 6 wickets in full 20 overs.
From batting side, the skipper of LSG played his brilliant knock in his first game of this season. He score 58 runs in 44 balls that conceed 4 fours and 2 sixes in his inning. Where as Nicholas Pooran also played the brilliant knock of 61 runs with just 42 balls. He hit 4 fours and 4 sixes. Although, Nicholas and KL played really well but cannot turn this into a victory. After the loss of these two batsman the momentum of LSG is slowly decrease.
Trent boult perform well in the bowling side of Rajasthan Royals. He takes two main wickets in his spell by giving only 35 runs. While Nandre Burger, Ravichandran Ashwin, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Sandeep Sharma they all takes one-one wicket in their bowling spell.
The Player of the Match award win by Sanju Sharma with the help of his brilliant inning of 82 runs in just 52 balls. Hope he perform great in the upcoming matches.
